Harmen (Harro) has been delightful to work with. We have had to change our plans twice, and he has been kind, patient, and flexible. At one point he even did a video call with us, so we got to “meet” him and ask lots of questions. We highly recommend Europe-Roadtrip and their excellent customer service. We look forward to working with Harmen the next time we travel Europe by motorhome.
